I wouldn't hold my breath. Priyadarshan has only made three movies I've loved: Gardish, Hera Pheri and Virasat. All three were released years ago, and all three have also lost some of their charm on repeated viewings.

I find nearly all his other movies to be a bunch of noisy cacophony.

I seem to remember Sazaa-E-Kaala Paani being quite good, but saw that ages ago. I agree that most of his films are pretty awful nowadays - saw Khatta Meetha yesterday and had a headache for a couple of hours afterwards. I still hold some hope, cos his recent Tamil film Kanchivaram got some decent reviews.
