but the climax is kickass!

The Indian Eros released in May 2009 runs 184 Minutes NTSC (which means even though NTSC, it has 4% speedup, assuming theatrical runtime is 192 minutes).
sengh_15 can you recheck DEI runtime?

DEI Khuda Gawah Screen Shots taken in "Orig" color setting:

I would like some comments on capturing screen shots, whether they should be in "Orig" color setting or some other setting ??

When I take screen shots in "Orig" color setting, shots come out too bright and seem washed out. The above 2 shots are exact same shots that I took now and were also captured by Faddy, some yrs back, for his Khudagawah DVD review on zulm. His shots are not as washed out as mine ?? I wonder why ??

http://www.zulm.net/modules.php?op=modl ... e=&order=0

-------------------------
In the meanwhile, until this issue is resolved, I'll capture screen shots in both "orig" and in "vivid" settings for posting.
---------------------------

Problem in my color settings was found and corrected. in-correct shots have been removed, except for Censor Cert and menu shots that are posted to show content and not to show PQ.

If the Vivid shots look more normal, its best to take all the shots in Vivid then.

I think there's something wrong with the way you take screen shots - there's definitely a overlay of brightness which shouldn't be there. What are you using to take the screen shots? Have tried a different program? I think it might be more related to your computer hardware or gfx card drivers.

Getting cue from Ali, I seem to have found the problem and fixed it.

But I'm really puzzled how I changed that setting as I can't seem to reach same control any more.

I remember from past that in PDVD 5, we could adjust color, brightness, contrast etc, all settings on a sliding scale but I had not been able to find it. Somehow, all of a sudden I found that window and top scale (brightness or lightness ??) that should have been in the middle (all settings should be in middle for "Orig" setting) was at the lightest end for "Orig setting. I fixed that. Problem gone but,

I can't reach that adjustment again ??
I must have reached that adjustment via "Configuration, Video, Advanced" ?? Now, this leads to only de-interlacing option and no color sliding scales ??

I tried to go into other categories as well but can't find that option again ??

Any clue ??

There's a note in the PowerDVD help file which says;

"Note: Depending on your display chip, some controls may not be available for modification."

...so could be some controls have been disable or not available depending on gfx card chip or drivers. I'm on powerDVD 7.2 but hardly ever use it these days as I find the free VLC Player ( http://www.videolan.org/ ) caters for all screen shot needs.

I got the problem fixed (now) and I did use Power DVD adjustments for sure. Only thing is, I can't find my way to that sequence again ??

the indian eros has a rushed ending -- just after all the gunfire and fisticuffs, there's a sudden cut to kiran kumar running for his life with amitabh and sridevi suddenly on horseback chasing him -- this there in shemaroo and dei and UK-eros as well?
