In one of the versions of sholay, thakur (sanjeev kumar) consoles radha (jaya bhaduri) by hugging her after jai (amitabh) dies , even though thakur has no hands... but they appear momentarily and audience doesn't get time to think

When Aishwarya commits a suicide attempt in HDDCS you can the see the pipe attached to her arm that carries the 'blood'.
