Presumably the Blu-Ray will be from a new transfer and not the same used by UTV and Big Home Video.
Hopefully the Blu-Ray will be 'A' 'B' 'C' region coded.
Hopefully the subtitles will not be burned in.
Why are there no Bonus Material for the Blu-Ray?
Most importantly how and where do I get the Blu-ray from, and for how much?

Amazon.fr will sell these discs - but I was wondering the same thing about the region coding and subs. Wondering whether it will work on a US PS3 or standalone BD player. I guess we are going to have to reply on our Euro buddies to let us know. But when ordering I will use Amazon.fr if I can get the BD of this. Still haven't seen the film and looking forwards to seeing an ace quality disc.

Subtitles can be turned on/off.
Region B (i believe) - will check again

I apologise, BluRay has the same bonus features as the main 2 DVD9 discs...

So is the Blu-Ray from the same transfer used by UTV and BIG Home Video or is it a new transfer?

Are the Bonus features on the Blu-Ray in HD? Will the deleted scenes be in HD or not? Will the trailer be in HD? Will the star interviews be in HD? Come on yaar, thoda 'Home Theater' enthusiasts ki tarah socho.

Why Region 'B' only? Damn, both my Blu-Ray players, the Panasonic BD55 & the PS3 are region 'A'. NO region coding is the one, and only, thing I liked about HD-DVD. These idiots should realize that region coding only helps the piraters and no one else.

You have to wait for some GENUINE reviews to come out! Same old transfer would be a HUGE bummer! as usual!

All Bonus material is in Standard Definition. I am sure you don't mean to say that the extended/deleted scenes will be cropped 4x3. I presume you mean they are in SD and non anamorphic.

The Blu Ray should be from the same HD the DVD came from. The HD should be from the DI. The DVD transfer source is not bad. The way it was put on DVD is disappointing. The source seems to be fine.

Personally I can live with that. :) But I can see how it could ba an issue for a lot of people who don't understand the HIndi language. Ofcourse though one must keep in mind that the Blu-Ray has been produced by a french company, presumably targetting the french speaking/reading audience.
