Is the AR identical on the two?
If yes, I think I'll go for T-series.

does anyone know if the t-series version is available anywhere else besides bwt (don't have an account).

contact UL, he purchased in Toronto! or inquire iw.com, as they carry most of titles, different manufacturer!

For film it self, I prefer eros version, better pq, besides hare raam song in remix style, exact same as in end credits inserted in the middle looks absolutely preposterous addition imho. It can only appeal to akki fans to see him, extra for 3-4 minutes, but addition of Amisha's song in narration would be more palatable and fair imho!

If you want those full extra songs in extra disc, then t series make sense! btw even in main film t series inserts adverse ads on songs! :(

Actually bhai he wants to know where he can download the t-series version .. if he can get it, divx version would have the ads cut out because the top and bottom are chopped off to make the file size smaller. DVDr version yes it will still have the ads.

Amp71691 .. if u want to purchase it I can find it for you in Toronto and mail u if u want to pay me for it plus shipping .. PM me and we can work out the details.

Amazing clear print and colors on this film by Eros!

They have come a long way

Transfer is excellent on T-Series as well. Looks like both Adlabs and T-series have identical PQ. Sound separation is simply wow in 5.1 setup with T-series (and I think on Adlabs as well).
Sound is magnificent and without any distortion whatsover (including glitch-free bass).

OK, it's in TS Extras DVD.

EROS DVD and theatric presentation had erroneously to my intense displeasure this REMIX version with Western drums added to very very village ambiance of film, and pictured on old farts! :o

They did have ORIG VERSION with INDIAN DHOLAK as portrayed being played by old farts  but sound is of western drums..keh!

may be UL can add one or two screen shots from Disc one showing menues, main and songs included in the film!

Same remix on T-series during the feature (isn't this the way in theatres too)...

The movie -- great entertainment!
The outstanding thing about this movie (and its original) is how it flawlessly and convincingly blends the exorcist element with the psychiatrist. And how the comedy lifts the movie throughout without overwhelming the central theme. Well done!!!

The dvd's sold out a couple of times already in some stores.

The T-series dvd pack is quite nice:
1) On the pack there's a double flap like the doors of the haveli -- lift them to see a cardboard popup of Akshay Kumar.
2) There's an 8-page puzzle book.
3) There are 2 dvds.
4) English and Bengali subtitle options in the feature.
5) Dolby 5.1 and 2.0 audio options in the feature -- both very good!
6) Feature AR is close to 2.35:1

Audio CD -- I have the T-Series audio CD but it does not have the climax song in Bengali as in the movie, instead this is in Hindi. So is the Bengali version not available on audio?

On the first page, the CCE screenshots belonged to my work.

Later I remastered it...and here are the follow up screenshots

M/CCE screenshot above; compare with CCE/OPV below

2ndly, the T-Series DVD had the annoying ads in the songs...but DVD suffered because of synching issues.

Also DVD was recalled because it was unplayable I believe in the 13th chapter...it would get stuck...

T series extras are welcome as they did include deleted songs, even not anamorphic but extra song included was real nasty addition imho, totally useless, unjustified. So orig US release was better( pq too) plus extras from t series.

Johny Gadar from INDIA , again that alternate ending was good for nothing but director's commentary was a huge achievement and asset.

Easy solution....Cut out the song from the AC3 5.1 DD channel. Edit it in software to get what you need. Convert to lossy or other preferred format, ie> mp3. Just a solution - because you have the discs already :)
