None of the tamil movies announced this year seems interesting. All of them are the same old gangster crap. Could we have a few feel good movies please? I'm slightly interested in Bheema because of Vikram. Other than that everything else is meh.

Looks interesting. Its been a long time since we had a historical film in Tamil. And its a comedy too. I think it will beat Vivek's film Solli Adippen.

I hope its a new take on the cop film genre.

Music was disappointing, as the Gautam-HJ combo so far was pretty good, with Minnale and Kaaka Kaaka.

Not a big Shankar or Rajini fan, but Shankar-ARR combo doesn't disappoint on the music side.

I look forward to ARR, IR, YSR, (HJ to some extent) soundtrack albums more than the films themselves.

Hey buddy, really out of touch in months and came visit you guys afer years.

Deepavali - Totally avoid
Paruthi veeran - Avoid
Veyyil - Avoid

If you are interested in "art" movies, you may want to consider Paruthiveeran and Veyyil. To me, they both are B.S. What Bharathiraja has done beautifully (showing the green and true color of village), they are screwing up (they only show huts with full of pigs!).

Veyyil - Seems like Director's personal story (I saw his many interviews and you could see how frustrated he was against his father!)
Paruthi veeran - toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow.
