Look at End Credits for 'Shootout At Lokandewala':
It lists Equipment Hire. Lists 6 companies for six Cameras. All of them Super 16. No mention of any 35mm Camera.
Other film that I saw just before this, Life Mein Kabhi Kabhi' too had just 'Super 16' for Rental credits (can't confirm as I've returned the DVD rental).

Not a big deal really. It's very common to shoot films on 35 mm and then blow them up on 70mm film.
How many of us could have noticed that Monsoon Wedding was shot on Super 16 and then blown up to 35 mm ??
Because of that 'Super 16' in end credits, it's quite possible that those films were shot on Super 16. May be, other films too ??
Actually, I don't think very many movies at all, nowadays, get blown up from 35mm to 70mm. Maybe a film being played in IMAX, but that's about it.
