The mat appears to be open marginally more (top and bottom) in R0.

The BBFC has the film runtime as 95m 31s and the Entertainment in Video DVD as 95m 29s - both are lsted as uncut so not sure where the discrepancies come from.

Thanks guys. I did end up renting this from Netflix (they do try to carry small amounts of the Blockbuster exclusive titles). Most of the time I have to wait awhile b/c Genius discs of Weinstein films are tough for them to get, but I managed to get this one right after release date.
