according to the yashrajfilms.com website, there will be a new dil to pagal hai dvd in anamorphic format

hopefully this is a drastic improvement over the current overpriced crap dvd with the subtitles that don't show up on widescreen tvs

maybe they'll redo kkhh soon too!

now i'm mad, considering I just broke down and finally bought the DTPH DVD. The French dubbed soundtrack is interesting to say the least.

I bet they will just use the old transfer again :( I doubt they would spend too much money on it.

first read a review of the DVD before you buy something from YRF, you might find the the latest DVD release worse than the first DVD release.

sknath, here is the link: http://www.yashrajfilms.com/homeent/

Scroll down and look to the right to see the Coming Soon section. You'll see "Dil to Pagal Hai (anamorphic)" in that section. There is no preview page for this DVD yet.

If no one knows what other DVD's Prasad Digital has mastered then why are you hoping they do the Anamorphic Dil To Pagal Hai DVD? ??? I was looking for an example to see what their quality is like but no one knows...

Pati Patni Aur Woh

Insaf Ka Tarazu (not 100% on this)

..are Prasad Digital Video authored DVDs. As far I can see they're not exactly proper ‘DVD quality’ DVDs but just much better than Super Digital ones.
