Earth – Drama (Hindi/English) - Deepa Mehta, also director of Fire, explores the Indian relationships of families with diverse religious backgrounds, namely Muslin, Hindu, Sikh and Parsee. Much of the story is seen through the eyes of a young Parsee girl call Lenny.

Product Description:
Earth, the second film in Deepa Mehta's controversial trilogy, is an emotionally devastating love story set within the sweeping social upheaval and violence of 1947 India.

As her country teeters on the brink of self-rule and instability, eight year old Lenny, an innocent girl from an affluent family, is in danger of having her world turned upside down. I was able to recieve some screen shots on this versio of Earth.

AR is OAR, with ANAMORPHIC ENHANCED.

BUT..does not look prog though?

Another unconventional transfer..my friend claims it is 24fps..so prog or not?

Worth checking Warner R1 release (Released March 2006).
