Refugee? He did a great job in that.
Hell, even BISKH, his acting skills were totally evident. You could see that his performance was the mark of a great actor. His facial expressions especially.

To all his own.....need less to say, the audience has made their decision, and after almost 2 years of being in the business ( and flop after flop ) , Abhishek has only proved one thing, no matter how many established stars are in a movie (Haan..Maine Bhi, Pyaar - Akshay/Karishma) his acting stands out.....and not in a good way.....

As the detractor who started this tangent, I'll admit that I liked Abhishek in Refugee. But in retrospect...he didn't have much to say, did he? Silent brooding worked well for him. In all the other films, what has (un)impressed me is not so much his acting (in)ability, but his TOTAL LACK of charisma. He's like a black hole sucking away all the energy from the actors around him.

I know there's a real anti-Shahrukh contingent present on the board, but one thing you've gotta give the man is his ability to charm viewers into overlooking his five stock expressions and his rather unattractive face (proof: the first time I saw him in a film, I spent most of the time frozen in horror that *he* was supposed to be the romantic lead. The second time I saw that film, I thought he was the most attractive guy ever to cross the screen). Hrithik has his looks and dancing skills to atone for anything lacking. Aamir has a bounty of talent. Abhishek... is a wooden board with a very lucky last name!

Very well said,
Abhishek is one very luck S.O.B. The only reason he is still in the bussiness is because of his dad. His mother and father should be ashamed....it's not like he isn't signing good films or that no-name directors are selecting him. He has gotten a lot of offers and he is taking them for granted by giving us nothing except his never-ending mad look! Has anyone else noticed that look? When he laughs he's mad, when he's sad, he's mad..when he smiles, he's mad. What facial expressions? He's always mad...He really does give you the feeling of "That movie isn't good because Abhishek is in it"...pitiful...he should turn Cameraman because he belongs behind it not in front, that place is reserved for the actors of the film industry (Hrithik,SRK, Aamir, Aftab, Akshay Kumar).Poor "Little B"..needs to watch some more of Daddy's movies and some of Mommy's. I guess some thing aren't inherited!!

How can you put Hrithiks name with stars like Aamir and SRK.

We will see where Hrithik or AB junior are in the next 5 years. IMHO these actors which come on the scene are "manufactured" with backing of there parents and media a bit like the "pop stars" and "pop idol".

Hrithik is just as good as any of the above, time doesnt matter, I dont really understand this but, why does how long you've been in the industry really matter. He has to old like SRK to be grouped with him? Hrithik and Abhishek started in the industry in the same year, yet they are miles apart on all aspects, the real question is can Hrithik improve over time? Maybe, but he has acting down, his histrionics are above average, dancing he excels in, so do you think that in 5 years he will automatically be able to be considered an actor? In 2 years he has 4 films, different roles, and he has played them to perfection, no one else could of played those roles any better, thats what an actor is, and Hrithik has proved that....

HrithikRoshan626 & HrithikRoshan84 are you the same persons?
are they your real name?

Your assumptions are totally wrong about me. You don’t know me, yet you are make childish remarks. All I can say is Hrithik is an average actor, so far I do not see a megastar like AB, Dilip Kumar, Nasrudhin Shah, SRK and Aamir Khan (just to name a few) in Hrithik, maybe in the next 5 or 10 year he might prove me wrong.

About his dancing, he reminds me of Jeetendra who mastered the same steps for every movie he made. I think you can teach a monkey to do this.

So from this I think you will realise I am not a fan of AB jnr.
Bye the way don’t get to upset because the love of your life gets criticised it’s all about growing up.

Its ok man, put your tissue away and wipe away the tears, I wasnt assuming anything, I was asking a question. Your right, I dont know you, nor do I want to. Childish remarks?? I am sorry that you have a different opinion than mine, but my remarks are childish? Look who needs to grow up. Here is another question, why do you find the need to group today's actors with old has beens whos career's are over? It doesnt make sense, those are actors of the past, and I think better comparisons would be with today's actors. I am assuming your a monkey and you have mastered those steps, correct? I will assume one more thing, your probably a 40 year old, living in your parent's basement, who occasionally pops in an old Jeetendra movie to escape the pathetic life you live everyday? Am I wrong about that?

It seems to me I have upset you.
Well never mind its all part of growing up. Tell your mum to change your nappy and feed you, you might be in a better mood later.
IMHO I don't think SRK and Aamir Khans careers are over, maybe only in your fantasyland of Hrithik.
