I think we should start a zulm DEI distro. we owe it to ourselves to own any DEI disc that we wish, but can't find. I only have about a dozen DEI discs, which I don't believe are worth crap due to letterbox 4:3 vid, excessive DVNR, and EE...even having said all this, they were the best available! :x  I actually aquired half my DEI collection from a fellow zulm member that was kind enough to ship these dvds to me, as he was able to find original EROS-DEI discs of films from 1997-1999.

i'll be the first one to raise his or her hand to share whatever DEI discs I have. maybe i should post this in the piracy thread! My first rip will be Mr. Bechara

I bet pav phahi, DEI/EROS obsolete material, whatever crapola it might be, still will be the best even after HD dvds come out!

Do, you think, Eros will remaster those beta shits to HD masters and will present us with true 1080i /1080P dvds

Just watch out how will they figure out to twist our arms, and claim our pockets for pseudo hd shit :fight: :ffs:

heh, i'm familiar with those stupid torrents. but I was thinking about an exclusive Zulmi thingie here. anyone that has been regged for 10months or longer can participate, so as to not to get free loaders from spamming this haven of a forum.

those other guys are happy with ANYTHING considered a DVD Rip.

Sweetgirlfriend,

Give us a shot again. I found couple of bugs and fixed them recently. So try again.

Thanks

It's appalling that non DEI versions of same film, despite being upgraded to Anamorphic, were far inferior to their DEI counterpart discs that were just letterboxed in DEI version.

Jaazbaaz was better than most other Eros prints but it's no DEI transfer.

I placed an order with Indiaweekly a couple of weeks ago, and one of the films I ordered was Mr Bechara (along with some Shemaroo titles - Tamacha, Falak, Jalwa and Benaam - let me know if you wanna see screenshots of any of these). I was quite surprised when I got a Dei-Eros version of Mr Bechara - are these still around? I thought they were extinct!

bhaskar, how is the shemaroo dvd of Falak? What is the AR on dvd? Same as theatrical? Thx.

Funny enough, I recently ordered the Eros/DEI version of Gumrah and Ghulam both for about $8 each.

Should get them by Wednesday
