I have the telugu DVD by KAD. it's not very good. It's a very soft image from what I recollect. Will post screenies on request.

You are right. its Pushpak Vimaan, and Kad told me that they are working on a "proper" version.

i hope they mean an iDream version by "proper". I'm not going to buy another copy if it's not iDream quality at the least!

Not yet. But I am sure this will do better in Hindi than tamil.

Its hard to believe its IR music. The recording is perfect (sony ny) and the orchestra is very good (hungarian symphony). Surprisingly none of them are melodies, all are fast beats.

I am going to listen few more times tonight to see whats in there. The lyrics in tamil are based on teh story, so nothing to expect, but the tamil movie distributors finished watching both ME and CM and they told that after long time they are going to have good collection in theatres and they are all praise for both the movies...

DragunR2, You will really enjoy ME. He is using drums after 12 years. "Drums Mani", who went to ARR after Roja, is scoring music for ME with IR and meanwhile IR was using more of tabla and in ME - NO TABLA. There are usual IR touch here and there, but the music is totally different. They are all Jazz music.

There are two theme musics, one to represent the fast pased life of mumbai and the other that fits with the kidnapping part of the movie. The recording is flawless.

Guys get the CD (no download). Its all JAZZ and IR rocks all the way. I didnt totally expect this from IR. I thought it will be in his usual style, but this is way off of IR track.

At first hearing, I felt that IR disappointed us, but the theme music are (yes two of htem) are extremely well done and couple of songs are very peppy. Every one like the melody from Sonu Nigam (his Tamil is pretty good:), but I liked the peppy ones because its all JAZZ. IR never retires.

Long time back when IR was here for Symphony recording, he was working on ME also, and people mentioned to me that after ME, IR will get to do more hindi. Its time for bollywood to use IR.

I keep thinking the vandematharam song, for about 2 minute, its the same vandematharam that we all hear in AIR since our childhood, but kids were laughing in between (probably singing in a prayer hall or something), but the last 30 seconds, IR gives a beat thats better suited for Vandematharam than the original sound.

Thinking about this, SB should have used IR for Bose.

Not dubbed, but simultanously shot in Tamil and Hindi.

Hindi version is not released (released by sahara one, so probably venus / tseries). Tamil is released by Raaj kamal and telugu is released by Sun Audio.

Sonu Nigam sang very well in Tamil and I am sure hindi would be lot better since its his mother tounge. I am loosing my patience to get the hindi version now.
