I've only listened online, but I like the songs so far. I'm sure they'll sound better on CD.

I did too, Naushad delievred a very consistent period flavour soundtrack, with some good more up to date arrangements with the help of Uttam Singh, who also coloborated with Maestro in remastering of Mughl E azam. More so it explains Preity Uttam singing most of songs(to my dislikening), While Hari Haran is a charm to listen, and Musical pieces are indeed good.

Whether it sells million units or not!! Still very good soundtrack.

Same for Boss..Neta Ji by Rehman, world class album imho, with a couple minors irks!

And now a book on Akbar Khan's 'Taj Mahal'...
IndiaGlitz [Tuesday, October 18, 2005]

While Akbar Khan's dream Taj Mahal has been pushed to November, a book on the realization of this dream has hit the stands. The name is TAJ MAHAL-THE MAKING OF THE MOTION PICTURE and it is written by famous author, poet and documentary filmmaker Suresh Kohli.

This hard bound book has been impressively packaged with excellent gloss and finish that befits the stature of this mammoth budgeted movie starring Kabir Bedi, Zulfikar Syed, Arbaaz Khan, Sonya Jehan, Manisha Koirala and Pooja Batra. The book has lavish pictures of extravagant sets, glittering jewellery and all the actors and details out court intrigue, folklore and historic details behind one of the greatest love stories ever.

The book published on OM BOOKS INTERNATIONAL also provides insight into the work done by special effect team to choreographers to action directors and others. Truly a collector's edition!
