Lets not judge a film based on Komal Natha's reviews. The guy gave Aks 1.5 out of 10. He gave Dil Chahta Hai 6.5 out of 10. He gave Asoka as well 1.5 out of 10. What does this tell you about his ratings? Either he rates too hard or he has serious bad taste in movies.

Here is another not so spectacular review from Rediff.com. Actually that was an understatement of how bad the review is. Click here-->HMBPK Review!

I do wonder, why would anyone of you have expected anything better from Dharmesh Darshan. I mean come on guys, the best this guy ever made was Raja Hindustani a movie I had a tough time sitting through. Raja Hindustani was a melodramatic, full of cliches crap copy of a 25 yr old film, and that was his best. As for his worst, god save us from stuff like Mela. I really pity the state of affairs in Bollywood, when directors like Dharmesh Darshan and so called actors like Akshay Kumar, Karishma Kapoor, Abhishek Bachan are considered a good setup. I can still remember a time not so far back when a film with such an ensemble would have been considered at best a B grade film. Thank god for Aamir Khan, Ram Gopal Verma, Farhan Akhtar, Vidhu Vinod Chopra and their likes, cause if it were not for them, there would be nothing to look forward to from Bollywood.

Actually you know what the worst part of all this is. That irrespective of how this or any other movie of Abhishek does, he will continue to survive and make films in Bollywood. This is not because he deserves it, but simply because that is how it is. It is almost impossible for any star son, specially the son of any big star to fail in this industry. The fact is he still has quite a few big films and ultimately one of them will succeed for other reasons than Abhishek, and that will be enough to carry him through the next 20 odd flops until one more film will succeed eventually. Sadly this is how it works in Bollywood and nothing is going to change any time soon. Atleast not until we have suckers coming into the industry to finance new projects and more importantly an audience that does not care for quality and is more than happy to pay for the same old rehashed crap presented in a worse manner than the last crap. In an industry where the chauffers of the stars ultimately become film makers it is foolish to expect that the son of no less a star than Amitabh will be out of work. If nothing else, there is always AB Corporation to make films for Abhishek and ofcourse the odd Amitabh starrer is also there wherin the Bachan family is paid for as a package.

It's official now. Haan Maine Bhi Pyar Kiya is a total washout. The first 4 days collection all over India is less than 30% which makes it the biggest flop of this year and also one of the worst flops since the last film from guess who, Abhishek. But all this don't matter, since papa Amitabh and ofcourse the rest of the industry khandaan will still continue to support him.

Abhishek: Only gham no khushi

Looks like the shadow of bad luck is constantly hounding Abhishek Bachchan. Insiders insist that director Karan Johar, who is casting for his next production, to be directed by assistant director Nikhil, was keen on the junior Bachchan. But now he has had a change of mind and will cast Vivek Oberoi in it. The failure of Abhishek’s latest flick Haan Maine Bhi Pyar Kiya seems to be the reason for Karan’s volte-face! Abhishek is still recovering from the shock. Meanwhile those who have had a sneak peek at Ramu’s Company just can’t stop drooling over Vivek and his fabulous performance. “He is too good for his first film,” that’s what they have to say.

Just saw Haan..Maine Bhi Pyar Kiya Hai. And all I can say is that, what a load of crap! One of the worst films I've seen in the last few years. One of 2002 worst films.
