Picture yourself watching a scene (ex. machines breaching into zion and APU guns blasting) with all surrounds being aggressively active, all of a sudden sound only comes from the front channels and the ambience can be heard from the surrounds if any. It was like night and day! This theater I went to has 6 auditoriums, all of them featuring DIGITAL sound so i think, when the dts reader fails, IT changes to Dolby stereo track rather than to MONO.
