Salman Khan will essay the Guru Dutt part.

What! Salman Khan playing Guru Dutt's role! This is terrible news! This Pritesh Nandy really needs to get his head examined! How could he be so stupid?

Waheeda ji, by S* poo? damn it!!

I think, in absence of Madhuri, Manisha is a REASONABLE choice for Meena ji!

AB/Jackie could be Rehman, But salman as BHOOT NATH! terrible!
and Pooh as waheeda ji Unbelievable! :nopity: :bash:

That's what I was thinking, Manisha would be good as Meena Kumari's role and Jackie would have probably been suitable for the Guru Dutt role.

Yaar!! No offence!! I find jaggu da too old for that role1
he must be best fit for REHMAN's role, remember he did simillar role in BANDHAN!

Ok that might be the case, if Jackie was younger he could've done well in the role, but who else could fit into Guru Dutt's role...maybe Aamir Khan? I don't think we have any actors these days who could fit into that role, but I can say that Salman Khan is the wrong choice.

Please, I hope Kareena Kapoor doesn't get that Waheeda's role!

Apparently this film was made under the Horrible Casting Decisions Pvt. Ltd. banner.

aamir will be a GOOD CHOICE! yum yum! His price is too FAT! as his EGO!

Even gracy singh(not recomending) will be a better choice than POOH! IMHO, you need a restrained actress/for that sensitive role!

I'm afraid Aamir is a bit too old to carry off that young and innocent persona....maybe Vivek Oberoi?

why even bother thinking..... do they have to remake this film? let the classics remain......
i guess if i were to think vivek oberoi would be a good choice... he can look soft too like he did in saathiya....

no-one wants to work with sallu.......

Aishwarya Rai, Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukherji have excused themselves from reprising Waheeda Rehman's role in Pritish Nandy's latest film, Sahib Bibi Aur Ghulam, which is a remake of the old Guru Dutt-Meena Kumari-Waheeda classic.

Reportedly, none of them want to work with Salman Khan, who has been signed on for Guru Dutt's role.

The original classic had won Filmfare Awards for Best Film, Best Director, Best Actress and Best Cinematography.

Arsh bhai this must be the joke of the century. First of all Salman Khan to prance around in Guru Dutt's immortal role and then Sanjay Gupta to direct this.
