Eros looks to be interested in selling certain rights for Devdas, Company & Chandini Bar -> Check them out at the American Film Market at Santa Monica, California!

If they sell the rights then we'd get new transfers under different labels! That would be great if only the right labels would lap them up. We should notify BEI, Columbia Tristar and Metrodome, asap!

Most of the people at the Academy screening walked out after intermission. Devdas doesn't have the force of an Oscar nomination behind it like Lagaan did. It would be pretty cool if some American studio picked up Company, though we shouldn't get our hopes up.

the funny thing is that eros spent so much time, money, and effort to get back certain territory rights of devdas from focus at MIFED....so i suppose now they are only selling certain(maybe english dvd?) rights...??
