I have confirmed with my contact at Shemaroo that Shemaroo did infact do the authoring of the new Devdas DVD which Eros is about to release...

Most famous saying are utter bollox! :oops: "If you can't say any thing nice, better not say any thing" - happens to be one of them. Maybe this is reason Indian DVDs are not improving - there's not much nice to say about them, so maybe following the saying people are not saying anything :p

Other sayings that are utter crap too:

"Two wrongs, don't make a right" - oh pleeeeeeeease! :laugh:

"Violence is not the solution" - the world was built on violence :fight: :bash:

..I'm sure there loads more - maybe needs a thread of it's own

I saw the new version of Devdas at our local MVC store for £17.99

If any one buys one Can they give us a description on the sound and picture quality

EROS don't give a shite about the way the DVD is encoded, just make it in the lowest possible prices then replicate little amount of units and put on the market for a high price.

Cardboard box + postcards + useless 2nd disc = $10 USD price increase.
