1) Company(by far the strongest film this year)
2) kannathil muthamital (a very well made and touching film)
3) Devdas( One of the better films this year although not the best)
4) Saathiya( overall good attempt although the original alaipayuthe was better)

havent seen kaante yet so i dont know abt that one....

1. Devdas
2. Company
3. Saathiya
4. Aankhen

Followed by the following (in no particular order):

- Raaz
- Humraaz
- Om Jai Jagadish
