i was searching on google for "eros entertainment"

now guess what happens:

Eros Entertainment Inc. 550 County Avenue,
Secaucus NJ -07094, USA

VS

Eros Entertainment, Inc.
1014 Grant St. Apt D
Santa Monica, CA 90405

--difference being that one runs a porn site(s?) and one runs a bollywood "empire"...now you would expect that eros (the dvd one) would have taken legal action against a company that (i suppose) is infringing on their name...but none visible.

has the industry gone so bad that eros has to start in the porn industry.? :laugh: :laugh: :D :D :D

Eros is the Greek name for Cupid, the god of love. Hence, the porno company by the same name. Are Eros International and Eros Entertainment trademarked?

yaar i know about eros...but i mean to say if the name is INCORPORATED, then the other company shouldn't exist. and seeing that eros is so happy to throw lawsuits around, i'm surprised that it hasn't done anything about this...
