Why DEI site is not running for so long? Is there a change of name?

It is well known, they declared bankruptcy a few months back due to millions of dollars law suit by EROS.

It was because DEI was continuing to press Eros DVDs, wasn't it? But I always thought that Eros held onto those DEI masters because they own the rights to those films.
