Mine are

#1) PYAR KA MAUSAM (Shashi Kapoor)

#2) RAAJKUMAR (Shammi Kapoor)

Reason: I don't find anything missing in these films.

I really can't decide on my favourite film of all time, but can give you a selection.

Either Sholay, Don, Lagaan, DCH or...?

The best film I saw this yr was Legend of Bhagat Singh. Yes, that's right I prefer this to Devdas (which I thought was too glossy & weak compared to the dilip kumar one).

If I had to pick just one I would probably say SHOLAY, but DIL SE would be a very close second (sorry to put the Big B in such close proximity to SRK, Faddy!).

Also in the running:

Satya
Sahib Bibi aur Ghulam
Lagaan
Guide
Bombay
Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge
Hu Tu Tu

Of course none other then Mughal e azam, Sholay, Anand and Aradhana. I know most of the youngesters must have watched Sholay. Do watch the other 3 on a good dvd and then comment

I'm a big fan of Aamir Khan, so most of my favorites are his films:

Lagaan
Bombay (but I like the music in Tamil better)
Dil Chahta Hai
1947 Earth
Devdas (mainly for the music videos with Aishwarya & Madhuri)
Company
Sarfarosh
Rangeela
Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin

Though technically not one of the best, but Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge is a class definition of Indian Entertainment. I have also come to appreciate old-gold masterpieces; Mughal-E-Azam, Pyaasa, Jagte Raho, and Mother India. Also, one must never forget about Sholay when talking about best movies.
Recent films which I've really loved are DCH, Lagaan, Maachis, and Hey Ram.
As far as 2002 is concerned so far, The 3 best films I've seen are Company, Devdas, & Aankhen. Though if Mani Ratnam's Kannathil Muthamittal was a bollywood flick, it would easily be #1.
