Hello, the reason I was looking for the RH DEI is because its supposed to be of much better quality than the EROS version. Can anyone back this up?

I have never shopped at indiancdstore. Can anyone here tell us their experiences with the store? I'd really like to order a few dvds from them.

Just to let you know, IndianCDStore is now SOLD OUT of DEI HDDCS. Darn.

Arsh,
I haven't brought the Gupt dvd yet. Indiancdstore service used to be good. But now there are taking long time to fill the orders. And now I have doubt about the quality of the DEI/B4U copies they are selling.
May be we have to compare by talking the full screen shots to see whether replicated versions are any different from this batch to old batch? I do not want to buy any more DEI/EROS versions with out clarifying the quality as they suck big time.

And 'Dance Dhamaka' is one of those bad quality DEI disks I was talking about.

Desh Premi is one the worst looking disks from DEI along with Sholey. I think Ghatak DEI quality is not bad at all.

Indiancdstore shipping rates are similar to Indiaweekly but only $1.50 handling charge.

For HDDCS, I would email Afzal at India Weekly first. He was able to obtain a DEI copy for me. However, I have heard that they can't get them anymore now.

So, if all else fails you can obtain a replicated version here:

http://www.cdstore.com.pk/india/dvdh.html

I hate to promote them, but I'd rather you get a DEI version from a shady retailer than a crappy Video Sound version from a reputable retailer.

Still, I'd email all the other places like CD Guru and Indiancdstore before resorting to cdstore.com.pk.

Hey Jeff. if I have to resort to replication why should i promote a shady company like cdstore ? I may as well take grab a copy of HDDCS from some friend take it to one of my friends home who has a DVD burner and make a copy of that...As simple as that..(minus the annoying ads of cos !)

Kabir if thats the case please resort to that...do not encourage cdstore.com.pk... Many things have been stated abt it here on the forum :)
But rest assured I am sure Afzal can get hold of a copy of HDDCS - the DEI version from somewhere !

I just received my order of 15 DEI/EROS disks from dvddhamaka.com for a good price. Although the site does not show it as DEI they most probably have them in stock. Their shipping is $5.99 for the entire order. Not that good for small orders.

I'd like to see how you do this when the point of the DEI DVD is to get the DVD for the quality so how are you going to maintain the quality by copying a DVD-9 (~8GB) to DVD-R (~4GB) without compromising quality? Replicated discs you buy from stores and the copies you make on DVD-R are not the same.

and besides, I'm pretty sure that the ones you replicate at home won't be anamorphic. They probably won't be 5.1 either, right???

Hey Ali (or anyone else), are any of these profesional replications anamorphic (the ones done by stores)?

darius25, i have two professionally copied anamorphic disks. one is mujse dosti karoge, and if this is the same quality as the original, i must agree with arsh and say that it is inferior to the k3g disk.
