I must say, this is thoroughly enjoyable comedy. Kishore Kumar really shines in this and the credit goes to Mehmood for producing such a classic. The only regret I had when I watched this movie was that, the dvd could have been given a much better treatment.

Was this the TipTop DVD?

I am not sure whether to buy it or not. The TipTop DVD is meant to be of good quality...

I got the SKY version. Until a better one comes along, Iam going to keep mine. This dvd is better than most of the craps put out by EROS and WEG.

I got the sky version too, piece of crap.Stay away. Also got Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar, also a big let down. All it says at the back cover is that dvd is distributed by Neptune Video. My guess is that this is an original all region release, no wonder the cover looks like shit, also says in the back cover that this dvd is digitally mastered from original film for audio & video-load of crap. If this was true why would the picture quality look worse than VHS.I wonder when these guys are going to realize that some folks(I use the word some because majority of the Desi's wouldn't know the difference in quality anyway)can tell the difference. :

Pardesi/Jas... actually the righst of Padosan are with RAJSHRI productions and they havent sold their VIDEO rights to any company, hence what you have with u ( and what I have with me) are both pirates.

However, would it be possible for you to post some screencaps of the SKY version of the DVD ? So that folks here can know that the DVD quality is actually shit !

Cheerz

Hey Jas u need a DVD-ROM on ur computer. Along with that u need a software called POWERDVD XP 4.0 ... Your next question would be where can u find that software ?

Download Kazaalaite from http://www.kazaalite.com
Then install it and from there do a search for PowerDVDXP4.0.. It should come with a serial number also. Install that and then you can start taking screen caps.

Make sure in ur settings for PowerDVD ( called the configuration you have disabled hardware acceleration.) Then any screencaps you wish to take you should press the "camera" icon which appears on the main toolbar.

Once you have captured the screencaps you will need to resize and compress them to .JPG format . You can use any image editing software for doing that... we use here Paintshop Pro 7.0 ( again u can search for that using Kazaalite... For image conversion u should use the Batch conversion option in PaintShopPro... In spite of all this if you have any doubts feel free to msg me on ICQ or even here and we can sort things out).

Once you have obtained the images, pls upload them on any web site you may have. If you have none then you can send over the pics to me or ali and we will see that it gets uploaded.
