Has anyone seen the Pakeezah GVI DVD? Is it VHS quality?

Yechh. I don't know if I want to spend even $2.00 on renting it. I already purchased (and returned) a copy of Pakeezah by Gurpreet Video (with a greenish cover, no subtitles) and it looks something like the Shemaroo DVD, though the opening titles were wider.
