I sent an email yesterday to Eros about the pirated Devdas dvd...


Hi

Is this dvd cover of Devdas an original dvd. If it is why isn't it available on Eros site and if it isn't why is Eros not taking any action against pirates.

The original Devdas DVD is expected to release in the 2nd week of August. As for piracy, the matter is being followed up by our attorneys.

Sexcellent! I mean - that's... good. If the quality is of the same standard of the Devdas songs on the Curtain Raiser, I shall be a happy man. But I remember hearing that they were going to wait three months before releasing it. Whatever.

too bad they won't put the whole movie on dvd. US & UK got the shorter version which is missing like 15 mins of footage. And of course...Eros is not smart enough to even include that footage as deleted scenes... :baaa: :ffs:
