inside rumours are that dei have changed there name to bollywood entertainment INc or international or BEI!! DUHH!!! they never went down!! or probably never will as from vhs days many companies changed their name to avoid financial problem (tax invasion, legal problems) dei/bei have done the same.

Actually if you paid more attention you would see that my answer was in response to the question "Why is Eros suing DEI in the first place?" and not to why Eros won the lawsuit. Anyhow does anyone here even know for sure that Eros won the lawsuit?
