My 3 year old daughter has put scratches on a few of my DVDs. I saw this SkipDoctor Disc Repair System at Bestbuy for $29.99. Can someone tell me if this thing works or will i just be wasting my money buying this repair system??

In my opinion it works quite well. I run a DVD rental library and my discs are really trashed by the members, even then I have been able to fix quite a few DVDs with it. Since your discs I am assuming are far less damaged than the ones in my library it should work quite well for you.

PS: I have had very little success in fixing Indian DVDs with this although the success rate with English (hollywood) DVDs is quite good.
