Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke DVD

I just saw this title in my local Video shop, it seems to be a new version not the GVI DVD. The cover of the DVD says its from Tip Top Video, and has Eternal classics + SKY on the front cover.

I checked CD guru to see if they stock this DVD and the do.

So can someone tell me the quality of the disc, meaning it AV quality?
