I researched the reviews and previews here and recently bought KNPH and DCH from Indiaweekly.

The KNPH is a DEI 2 disc collector's edition. But what bothers me about it is that the cover paper looks like it has been printed on a color printer at home. Also, it has the icon for indiaplaza.com in the front and back.

The DCH is a Spark & Soven 2 disc dvd set. The preview at zulm only talks about the Spark Worldwide edition. The cover also looks very different from what you have in the preview section.

Are these legitimate dvds? I haven't viewed them yet as I didn't want to open the shrink wrap in case I needed to send it back. Any ideas/help is appreciated.

Sorry the preview/review links to old threads are broken at the moment (domain update messed a lot of things up) - but for DCH there are two legit covers of the DVD out - check these threads out;

http://www.zulm.net/forum/showthread.php?threadid=1591

and

...Spark Media/Spark Worldwide/Soven are all the same. They are two different covers of DCH DVD - both are the same in terms of quality, only covers are different.

As for KNPH, it’s really difficult to tell if its pirate or not – it sounds like ditto/replicated copy of the DEI version. The quality will be exactly the same as the original DEI two discs only that it’s not the authentic DEI product. It’s hard to tell really if it’s genuine or not. It could be it’s just the cover that’s been redone on the cheap for some reason or could be the whole DVD set is pirate set. You could try checking the bottom surface of the DVD discs – I’ve come across 3-4 genuine DEI KNPH DVDs and all have been with a gold bottom surface. Sometimes the ditto copies have a silver surface.

Thanks so much! I suspect my KNPH is a replicated set. The first disc doesn't look pure golden or silver. It looks like a mixture of the two :rolleyes: :keh: But the second disc is definitely silver. I will play it later on tonight and see how it plays.

Sorry my fault :baaa: The second disc is a single layered disc and would be silver.
