1) Fav scene has to be any scene when Kajol is in comic mode [she was brill!]
2) I would again say Kajol, her role was the only one where I never cringed in my seat! Also liked Farida Jalal performance.
3) I don't think this film could be compared to KKHH as both are different films. But Karan Johar screen writting talents have improved, as has his film-making skills. If he was more daring he could have poteintal to being a world class director, but sadly I don't see that happening.

IT HAS TO BE WHEN WHEN HK GOES TO SHAH RUKHS HOUSE IN LONDON FOR THE FIRST AND MEETS HIM IN PERSON AFTER SUCH A LONG TIME......THAT WAS THE BEST SCENE IN THE FILM....VERY (*10000) EMOTIONAL!!!!!

For me
1) Sharukh's entry, kajol's comedy, the bench scene
2) Kajol, hrithik, sharukh, amitabh, farida jalal . actually everyone was good.
3) maybe KKHH was slightly better script wise but richness wise this film is amazing

fav scene has got to be the one at the end of ..suraj hua maddham song,where kajol's running towards the camera...with the background changing from egypt to chandni-chowk.

everyone was great in all their roles.
but special mention goes to...kajol,hrithik,jaya.....and amitabh's screen presence and voice.

The story of KKHH was better, but Karan Johar has improved his film-making techinques in K3G!!
I think he could've imroved AB's character a bit!!
And also what happens to Rani?

OK saw the film last night, overall it was average but brilliant in patches. The emotional scenes were all done excellently, for me all of the performances were quite well done but there were a couple of thing which were let downs like the constant taking the piss out of his little brother and the song the boy sings in school ?

best scenes have to be when Shahrukh leaves jaya and when Shahrukh meets her in blue water, excellent.

The songs overall were crap but Suraj hua Madham has to be one of the best picturised songs ever.

Also Rani has lost a lot of weight and the KKHH references were well blended in.

Strange, the more i think of the film the more i like it ?

Watched this movie the first time and i thought Wow... wat a well made movie!!

Watched it the second time i thought shit wat big holes their is in this movie!!

Watched this movie the third time and i though wat a pile of bullshit!!

Im having to go and watch it for the fourth time next week and im not looking forward to it!!

By the time the DVD comes im gonna hate this movie like i hated KKKH and Mohabbatain!!

The best thing about this movie is AB and the songs.. the rest is shit!!

Best scene: When hrithek meets his brother after such a long time, and he's in tears.....truly realistic!

kajol's and hritheks performance was brill....shahruk sometimes uses the same style when he cries...(ie moves his head around)!

both are different.....depends which one u watch first....if i ad seen this first, maybe would have liked this better.

I also forgot to mention, the bluewater scene, where the music suddenly stops...and SRK meets his mother for the first time in 10 years. Great Scene

No, no, Scarface... Faddy's not the only one who hated KKHH. I despised the film as soon as I left the theatre upon first viewing. Cheesy, manipulative and completely unfunny, I think it's perhaps the most overrated film of all time (along with HAHK). KKKG is a much better film in comparison; sure, some scenes were borderline manipulative, and I laughed at some cheesy parts. But overall, a much better film than its predecessor.

I didnt like HAHK, KKKH, DTP, K3G the only one i liked out of the big hits that supposedly evreyone likes is DDLJ... now that is a good film!! I know enuff people who dont like HAHK, KKKH, DTP and K3G.... im not alone...

there is a very small minority that does not like sweet, simple romantic films that can be enjoyed by the whole family and made by the chopras and barjatyas.... most of these films have gone down in history cos people have loved them.... everyone has their favourites so any great film will have those couple of people who do not like it just like on zulm we have one group that hates the film K3G and one that just loves the film.... ofcourse the people who love the film fall in the vast majority of viewers worldwide... but just like any other film we have that small minority if viewers who didnt appreciate the film.. thats quite normal cos for a movie to suit everyone's taste, thats something unlikely... so it does not surprise me if some people hate kkhh or k3g or dtph.... cos it doesnt cater to their tastes the kind of films that they like.... i know some people who didnt like DDLJ... but they have thier reasons...
anyway k3g is rewriting box office history and for those vast majority of viewers that love such films, it spells good news as we will see more of such wholesome entertainers....

I don't know what anyone can hate about DDLJ-Excellent Film!
As for K3G not being funny, i disagree with that, i think thats the funniest out of all the "sweet, romance, family films"!!
