Saw this commercial about 3 months ago in Pakistan...nice commerical.

Here goes..........


The shot of a group of young
boys running through an alley
with the leader holding a
trophy high in the air.


Singing MVO: "Dil ki patang hai,
sapnon ki dor hai." Another
group joins them cheering
and celebrating the triumph.


The gang decides to fly kites as each
of them pick up their bottle of Pepsi.
Cut to Amitabh Bachchan...


...lauding the achievement in verse
which sings, "Dil ki patang hai, sapnon
ki dor hai. Aasman bhi kam hai...


...yeh dil maange more hai."
He takes a quick swig from his
Pepsi and throws an open challenge,
"Arre isse oonchi....


...udaan hai toh maane bhaiyya!"
Suddenly a young man drags Sachin
into the group and sings out boastfully,
"Bade dilwaala bhi apna balle baaz hain...


...dhoondo dooja aasman,
yahan apna raj hai." Thus shaking
off Amitabh's challenge.


Amitabh is taken aback by
this and soon a
kite-battle ensues...


Shot of kites flying high and
sounds of each team cheering
its kites echo through the skies.


All eyes are glued to the sky
even as the kids prance around
Sachin and Amitabh.


Just as the winner is to be decided
with that final tug of the string, the
teams break into 'Humse oopar
kaun hai'. Suddenly...


...the sky appears clouded and
within a few seconds the enthused
crowd has to run for cover
abandoning the game midway.


The shot of a dejected Sachin
and Amitabh sitting next to
each other while the others
wander about aimlessly.


Cut to a young boy who asks
with a long face if the game
is over. Amitabh springs up
with a new idea...


...of using the same kites to make
paper boats to float in the rain water.
Together they sing,
"Dil ki kashti hai, sapnon ka shor hai...


Euphoria sets in as enthusiasm
returns to the team. Everyone is
seen dancing and enjoying
the untimely rain now.


Sachin offers cover to his rival-turned-
friend while the rest carry on with
their groove.


Shot of the two heroes walking away
arm in arm under one umbrella.
Jingle: "Yeh dil maange more."

Hmm moderators are we actually endorsing any PRODUCTS here ? (Is this DVD related )

i heard that there was a commercial for sprite in india that made fun of this ad with duplicates of amitabh and sachin?and that sprite had to go to court or sumfin...?

I guess since the off topic section is gone now, General forum is the only forum which we can use for such discussions. No harm done, right ???
