Hi all,
Hitesh from London here.

Ive just exchange my copy of HMBPK From Indo version to tiptop version, and i must say i was suprised to find the tiptop version alot better.
It has much better picture, and proper DD5.1 sound.
Shit film but got it for the songs which my wifes likes alot.

The Indo version i had was the worst dvd i ever bought, pic was worse than bad video copy and sound was mono coming out just about in five speakers.

Can antone tell me if the Tiptop versions of Hello brother and biwi no1 are any better than the Video sound releases.

I posted a cover of this while back and the cover said anamorphic 2 disc set;

Image

I had the special edition white cover of HMBPK DVD from Indofilms and that had pseudo 5.1 audio plus the anamorphic video does not have the anamorphic flags set – it’s stretched in a 4:3 frame. I wonder if this version has been mastered by someone else – remember this film was originally to be done by DEI – maybe they did do it exclusively for Tiptop (like they did Fiza for Spark) :stupid:

Ali that was what I was thinking abt. As TipTop is just the distribution arm of DEI in UK, maybe this version has indeed been authored by DEI ( BUt unless Hitesh gives us this information we shall never know)... So Hitesh Buck up man :p)

The tiptop version is good but nowhere near dei standards.
the sound is good, picture much better than indo version but
has quite a few speckles for a new film.

it doesnt mention anywhere whose mastered this disc, but the disc is gold and tiptop video printed in innner rind of dvd.

and its a double disc.

I need to learn how to post screen shots.
I have powerdvd.

Make sure hardware acceleration is off in the powerDVD options then you can press capture frame button to grab the screen (it will be saved to a directory specified by you - again configurable under powerDVD options).

Screen shots are captured in BMP format. You need to converted them to JPEG - use Paint Shop Pro (http://www.jasc.com).

Then you can use this uploader to upload them local to forums and link to the image;

http://www.zulm.net/cgi-bin/ikonboard.c ... f=7;t=1467

If not the uploader – email them as JPEG attachments to ali@zulm.net and I will post them.
