This film looks terrible, but I'm afraid I think it will be successful at the box office. Hopefully people will go and watch quality films (Kahaani, Paan Singh Tomar) again instead.

Saw it Yesterday.
Film is what was expected. Similar to Housefull.

Film Length: 4436 meters ; 162 min (or was it 4366 m ; 159 min ??). Screening time was 160 min.

Audio: Dolby Digital. It had aggressive surround at many instances.

This movie was definitely better than part 1. I thought the Kapoor brothers were great and no, its not exactly an akshay kumar film. There's way too many characters in this film to focus on any one actor alone. There's 12 main actors plus chunky panday and Johnny Lever so there's a lot happening. Overall a fun film, plenty of laughs and decent music.

Housefull 2 Has Huge Second Saturday

Housefull 2 continued its strong run at the box office as it collected around 6.50 crore nett on its second Saturday. The collections are just 50% approx lower than last Saturday.

The two day total for its second week is around 11.25 crore and a minimum 8 crore nett can be expected on Sunday. It will be the best second weekend of the year as beating Agneepath which collected nearly 15 crore nett.

The film is doing extremely well all over be it multiplexes or single screens in all circuits.

Agreed with Rana bhai - as expected, film was awful. Four 'heroines' competing for the amount of skin they can show, four 'heroes' pulling faces in the name of being funny, and 3 senior actors being completely wasted (Rishi Kapoor and Mithun Chakraborty clearly did this for the cash). And, unfortunately, as expected, this pile of turd is doing well at the box office.

LOL. Never said or implied the film was good or awful. LOL.

Film is just, what was expected. At least the audience does not get cheated. It's up to them what kind of film they had gone to see. In this case they went to see a film like Houseful and they got it. Hence, the excellent Box Office success.

Haha Rana bhai, sorry, wasn't trying to voice your opinion on the film! Was just agreeing with you - I expected the film to be awful and it was!

LOL.

And you still saw it.

That's what "Dirty Picture" main character says.

LOL.

It's unfair for me to comment on a film without watching it! Unfortunately I decided to give Akshay Kumar and Sajid Khan the benefit of the doubt!
