Hi,

I am a new member of this forum ... need the address for DEI/BEI very badly a about 20 DVDs of DEI that I have freeze on me at some point in the DVD. Need to know the latest phone number for BEI as the one mentioned in this thread does not work. Also, has anyone done this replacement thingy recently with BEI?

Thanks in advance,
-D

I, too, am experiencing problems with some of my DEI discs. Could anyone tell me what might have happened? When I bought the discs, they worked just fine; they have been kept in great condition; and, now, they suddenly skip and freeze like crzay. What's going on?

Hi guys. I know a thread on this topic probably already exists somewhere, but I guess I might as well post a new one. I need help contacting BEI. First of all, can anyone here confirm that BEI is, in fact, DEI (with a new name)? (If so, why the name change? I thought DEI went out of business.) Anyway, I have a few BEI DVDs, and the contact information is not correct/current. The telephone number (916-921-2830) does not work (it's "not in service at this time...no further information is available"); it's the same deal with the fax number (916-921-2832). The Web site (http://www.bollywoodentertainment.us) does not work; neither does the e-mail address (mailto:ssonu@megapathdsl.net). I've heard that some people have gotten in touch with someone named "Jaspreet." How might I contact this person? Does anyone know of any other way of reaching these people? Any help would be greatly appreciated — thanks a lot.

I checked the number 901-850-0300 and it still works.

About a year ago, I sent a dvd to their old address and it got forwarded to the one above. I did receive my replacement disc within couple months.

I'm seeking BEI's current contact information to exchange my DEI copy of Do Aur Do Paanch, which has ceased to work. Can anyone help? Thank you.
