I was wondering if these movies are any good and if so, what is the dvd version like? Any extras good pictures good sound?

Yes Boss and Ishq were very early Super Digital titles then later released again by Video Sound (using the SD as masters). I've got of Ishq on SD song compilation DVD - here some screen shots;

The only anamorphic version of Ishq I know of was the Eros DVD.

I believe the Spark version was just the Video Sound disc repackaged.
