Post subject: Cricket World Cup 2007

This guy had it all, Pakistan’s fastest pace bowler-sadly he missed the boat-the best chance ever of playing in the Carribean World Cup 2007. Awhile ago he had been discharged due to testing positive for dope or steroid related concerns. Recently that banning has been revoked, now its reported he has knee and hamstring injuries.
-On another sad note, Brian Lara will be retiring from cricket.

Ha, well good enough I guess they (Shoaib and Mohammad Asif) had it coming, -too bad they lost out. Haven't had time to watch the World Cup, saw the warm up match with West Indies.
-They probably gave Brian Lara a bigger salary so he decided to stay on. The old retireing gimmick pays off:lol:

The Irish drawing yesterday and seeing the expressions of Zimbabwe players was just pricesless yesterday. Ireland celebrated like they just won the world cup

Just imagine Ireland winning over Pakistan

Sri Lanka trashed Bermuda but I didn't get to watch any of this match.

Today England v New Zealand should be interesting.

You want to change your predictions at half time?

India 191 all out (49.3 overs)
Pakistan 130 for 8 (43.0 overs)

Pakistan 132 all out (45.4 overs) - I think it's going to be bye bye today for Pakistan.

Imagine that! Now Ireland will really think they won the Cup. Bangla Desh seems to be going strong at the moment!..................... Update Bangla Desh 38-1, these Bangla Desh players are quite young and Tamim seems too impatient, he needs to settle down a bit!
