Just because the president said so-Has to be approved by congress-just wait and see how India will squirm.

I think it's the other way around. In a situation of an extensive growing middle class population and the demand for generating greenhouse gases. This is a huge cliental-potential for the US for supplying nuclear power. As much as I dislike the whole motive here, I don't see why congress would neglect this motion.
