I have about 5-10 min of B&W TV documentary film, that is a precious cut, would you know where I can get it restored so I can make dvd ? It exists as digital data file though.

Please advise asap.

If it is already a digital file then it is a simple matter of using some DvD authoring software (I sometimes use AVS DVD creator or even windows movie maker etc) to create a DVD that would be playable in a standalone player.

Also not sure what you mean by restored. If there is an issue with the picture quality then there is software called VReveal that I have used in the past to clean up very bad quality footage.

Or you can go to the nearest video studio and ask the professionals to do it.
