hey guys, i'm doing some research and i want to know what the audience feels were some incredible scenes with even more incredible dialouges. it doesn't have to be just one actor just any scene/dialouge that stays with you years after you've seen the film or just stay with you in general. some examples would be some scenes in sholay, deewar, zanjeer (and they don't only have to be amitabh bachchan films; they're the only ones coming to me right now).

Sholay-kitne admi te?
Deewar-main abhi bhi phenke hue paise nahin utata.
Zanjeer-apne ghar mein tho khuta bhi sher hota hai.

thanks again.

I love the "Khush to bahut hoge aaj tum" "mandir" scene of 1975's Deewaar.

this is turning into more of an Amitabh Bachchan quote session than any other actor. let's vary it up with some comedy, drama, etc. thanks.

Sorry, but I just have to add an Agneepath (Amitabh-Bachchan) dialogue:

"Yeh, phone bhi badi ajeeb cheez banaaye hai: Idhar se aadmi bolta kuchh hai, sochta kuchh hai...aur, karta kuchh aur hai."

MONSOON WEDDING has great dialogues!

Naseeruddin Shah: "These are my children, and I will protect them from myself even if I have to".

Parvin Dabas: "Whether our parents introduce us or whether we meet in a club what difference does it make?"

and the dialogue Parvin Dabas says in the car after Vasundhara Das confessed everyting.

I love that film. 8)

So..."those who live in glass houses, ought not to throw stones"? That's hardly "great writing": it's a translation. Lol — :D .

The way Raaj Kumar said it, it was a craze in those days -- and the most memorable line from Waqt... Have you seen this movie?

Yes. I'd rank it among Yash Chopra's best films.
