Ever since I saw Vyjayantimala in the film Amrapali a few weeks ago, I've been hooked on classical dances. I"ve been going crazy searching for films that have some good classical songs, and this is what I've found so far:

I too am crazy about seeing classical dances in the movies. There are loads dotted about ... Normally movies with Asha Parekh, Vyjayanthimala, Padmini, B. Saroj Devi, Whaeeda Rehman (to some extent) have one or two classical dances in them.

Thanks for replying, Koi Matwala was another great one! I've never seen a film with Padmini before but I hear that she's also one of the best classical dancers...
