Very nice indeed.

Satyam is a very nice theater ( best in india ?). Along with being on the cutting edge of technology, they also do lot to promote cinema. During my recent visit to india i sat through their session "110 Years of World cinema" . Its was organised as part of Film club of India and i think they plan to do it for 1 year ( every 3rd saturday of the month) . i saw
their silent film series which included

- Trip to Moon
- Great Train robbery
- Murnau's Sunrise
- Un chien andalou ( my fav among the lot , the eye-ball slicing scence still produces the desired shock effect - ptrtty much everyone cringed !)
- Nannok of the North

The theater was pretty much filled with students ( diploma, visual communication) , film enthusiast and film personalities . I recommend this theater to anyone vistiing chennai - very nice indeed.

Never been to cinema in Chennai (I am from coimbatore), but this time I have to spend a day in Chennai, just to see some movie in Sathyam (and also to visi MusicWorld to buy CDs!!!)

Dont know if anyone is interested, but MusicWorld, FoodWorld are all part of HMV/Saregama family. They are diversifying their asset in many retail business!
