Earners can't be Flops by definition.

As per Boxofficeindia.com and others:

Flop: 10% or more loss to distributor.
Below Average: 10% Profit on Loss to Distributor
Average: 10% to 25% Profit to Distributor.

So, any earning even .01%, or even up to 10% Loss, it's classified at least "Below AVERAGE". For Flop, it has to be 10% Loss or more.
