RTGM is 35mm screening is 'on' on Aug 1 in Ottawa.

BTW, as per Raj Kapoor, RTGM film prints were never ever sent outside of India while RK was alive. Obviously, RTGM's 35mm print is present in US CANADA now. Has this film had shows in North American theatres after RK's death??

BTW, RTGM Shemaroo print is very good. Like Ghai collection, Pseudo-Prog.

I think Zarina Wahab's most popular film is Chit Chor, and Rameshwari's Dulhan Wahi Jo Piya Man Bhaaye...

Inta bhi door math jaana
ke paas aana mushkil ho
Ho, itna bhi paas math aana
ke door jaana mushkil ho :P

Armaan, no one will recognize Mandakini from that still.
You need the "other" (famous) still to make ppl recognize Mandakini

Hanste Zakhm ;- Tum Mil gaye ho, toh yeh lagta hai, ke jahan mil gaya !

Rameshwari and Waheed Rehman, famous Telugu actress's in Bollywood

Armaan, what abt Madhavi :- dhoop mein nikla na karo roop ki rani, Gora rang kaala na pad jaaye
?

"Koi patthar se na maare, mere deewane ko"

"Tere naam tere naam tere naam dil tere naam tere naam tere naam"

"Aankhiyon ke jharokhon se, maine dekha jo saawre ko"

& Vidya Sinha ?

"Rajnigandha phool khile hain mehke mehke jeevan mein" &
"Thande thande paani se nahana chahiye,
gaana aaye ya na aaye gaana chahiye"

I been trying so hard to get the "famous" stills of RTGM to impress you, but the quality of the YRF dvd I have was so crap that I didn't put them up! Thanks for reminding me about Madhavi, she's next!! :)

"Tu mera jaano hai tu mera dilbar hai.
meri prem kahani ka tu hero hai " a.k.a Meenakshi Seshadri !

& maybe change Kim to
Kim of Disco Dancer fame "jimmy jimmy jimmy , aaja aaja aaja" ;)

RANJEETA and VIDYA SINHA have already been presented. Ranjeeta's still is from Laila Majnu and Vidya Sinha's from Inkaar! Ranjeeta did many films with Mithun Chakraborty of which Taarana had nice music, but of course, nothing beats her classic, Laila Majnu... I haven't seen Vidya Sinha's Rajnigandha yet, but I believe she won many awards for it!! :)

pyar ki yeh deewangi
tujhse bichadkar ho gayi
pyar se kya yeh dillagi" ... what a hit jodi she was with Govinda !

Meenakshi Sheshadri is on page 1, although the shot is not from her classic Hero but from Aadmi Khilona Hai... Interestingly, Kim's picture is from Disco Dancer - I just thought most people would be able to relate Naseeb as it was such a blockbuster...
