'Lakshya' opened to full houses at most places. The record advance booking means that the metros are already booked out for most of the week but in places where there is no advance booking system the film started to drop on Saturday. Now is the drop an initial knee jerk reaction or a long-term trend only the next week will tell. Due to the advance the film still has chances of breaking first week records in places like Mumbai and Delhi and other big cities where there is a heavy presence of multiplexes.

'Raghu Romeo' is a non-starter.

'Dev' has done reasonable business and its fate depends on the second week.

'Girlfriend' is safe due to its low price.

'Hum Tum' is doing very well and may become the biggest success of the year but a trade analyst cum Mumbai distributor has bracketed it with 'Koi... Mil Gaya' in the super hit category which is going too far. The same had labeled last years big hit 'Andaaz' as a flop to average film.

Here's a list of top ten for the week ending June 20th, 2004.
