From the synopsis, starcast and it's Punjabi flavour music, film seems to be interesting. It's a match for BEI (TNBPG).

Eros Entertainment, the overseas distributor of Garv - Pride and Honour has decided to opt out of the same citing delay as the reason.

The agreement between Eros Entertainment and Cinevistaas Limited dated July 16, 2003 has been terminated by Eros through an official written communication by the company. Explaining the delay, Cinevistaas have said that Eros Entertainment was not ready to release Garv thirty days after the release of Main Hoon Naa as Dev was already scheduled for release.
