How could they forget Jackie Shroff in Shiva Ka Insaaf? That was an Indian Superhero that seemed origianl at the time, though you may be able to draw parallels with Zorro, though it's not as blatent. There was also Dharmendra as a sort of Indian hulk in Ghazab, but just in the end scene.

Has anyone seen the Indian Superman? Everyones heard of it but who has actually seen it? The guy who played superman was Puneet Issar who also played Duryodhana in Chopra's Mahabharata and was in Purana Mandir. But the guy in the pic as superman doesn't look like him.
