Om and Liz in casting coup
In an upcoming film, actor Om Puri will have Liz for his wife.
While industry insiders reveal that Liz wafted in and out of India recently specifically for the film, Om offers a cryptic reply: "She has said 'yes', but is yet to sign."
A thriller, the movie will be shot in Scotland and has Om playing an elderly tycoon.
Now playing 'hero' at the age of 52, Om is cast as a pompous star just not ready to retire in the spoof King Of Bollywood .
Well, he might or might not be king of Bollywood , but film critic Michael Sragow has gone as far as asking: 'Is Om Puri our greatest living actor?' Only time can provide an answer.
