On Monday, 13th October 2003, the Sahara India Pariwar initiated an elite preview of exceptional pictures of Amitabh Bachchan at Amby Valley, the Sahara Lake City. This event was an endeavor to recognize Big B's endowment to the Indian film industry on his 61st birth anniversary.
Photographer Pradeep Chandra dedicated half of a canvas to exhibit unique photographs of the 'life & career' of Bachchan from the past 20 years. The other half was set-aside for the creative professionals to mark their impressions. Painters Subhash Awchat, Virendra Solanki, Chintan Upadhyay, Baiju Parthan added color on canvas, fashion consultants Arjun Khanna and Anita Dongre used fabric and contemporary poet - Pritish Nandy penned poems in glory of the legend.
